Hi,

Interesting blog. I got banned recently. Like yourself, I didn’t frequent the site much, but started heading to the ‘Motors’ section of late. Most of the moderators know little about cars.

Basically the mods ignored me, bar coming on now and then to cut me down. In doing this, they posted views 100% contradictory to what they subsequently posted, seemingly trolling.

I got banned for telling a more obvious troll that he was talking “verbal diahorrea” which he was. The mods on boards just allow their friends to break the ‘rules’ ( whatever they actually are ) and remove posts / ban people they don’t like.

In conclusion, most of the mods on there have the mentality of a 10 year old. It certainly isn’t popular because of the quality of content – more like lack of choice, which will no doubt change in the future ( sooner the better )

I know, I’m terrible with regular blog updates so I sort of decided that no updates are better than irregular updates for now. I mostly post on Twitter and Facebook at the moment, and I’ve been thinking of maybe doing one post a week here with a ‘best of’ what I’ve seen online and stuff.

How long is a ‘yonk’ anyway?

Or another, faster option being http://www.overplay.net – been using their US servers to access hulu-hd successfully for months, and now they offer an Irish server (in addition to the US and UK based servers). You get access to all of them for $9.95 per month, and they’re dedicated to online-tv, sounds like a good match to me!

I have IT learning difficulties, in that I missed it on the telly. I have now caught up.

This one has definately not jumped the shark. It’s not dancing with the dingo’s either.
